Zhenjiang Baohua Semi-Trailer Parts Co., Ltd. is specialized in manufacturing tractor ＆ trailer parts such as fifth wheel, mechanical suspension, landing gear, axle and etc. Totally it has more than 5 series of products with over 100 types. The company covers an area up to 80,000 m2 with building area around 30,966 m2. At present, it has more than 450 employees, among which 6% are engineers.

Currently the company has an annual production capacity of 90,000 PCS of fifth wheels 36,000 sets of mechanicalsuspensions, 70,000 sets of landing gears and 100,000 PCS of axles by taking advantages of more than 400 sets of advanced equipment, such as large scale CNC cutting machine, welding robot, CNC vertical process center, CO2 gas shielded welder, automatic ARC welder, 500T punch machine, 2000T press machine, special assembly line, large combined milling machine and various professional machines. Furthermore, the company also independently developed over ten sets of test equipment for its products. Now the company’s new factory in Zhenjiang Jingkou Industrial Park is under construction. It covers an area of 200,000 m2 with building area over 100,000 m2. The annual production capacity shall be increased to 200,000 pcs of fifth wheels, 100,000 sets of suspensions, 100,000 sets of landing gears and 200,000 pcs of axles after the new factory is put into production.
